We develop system solutions, we are not a production plant

Well, we can produce parts reaching from 1g to 13kg. We have production machinery with a capacity from 23tons to 2000tons of clamping force. Producing parts from the smallest medical devices to the parts that give truckers a great night of sleep. We can make a part weld together with another one, we can make a part metallic, shiny, matt, colored and in most of the known molding techniques.

BUT we like to see ourselves as a business partner. We have developed a way of doing business that enable us to take care of the production of your product, not just an item. We can be a partner for you in most projects but the earlier you involve us the better.

Development

Prototypes

The demands are high and that puts us in focus to bring the best in quality, costs and lead-time to our customers. Often there are several cooperating parts that need to be verified in functions and dimensions, we supply our customers with prototypes at level like production results. Design verification with injection moulded prototypes is needed in several business areas mainly to cutcosts and lead-times.

Our solution is a base frame system which is perfect to use for a smaller amount of parts.We have 2 seizes of base frame systems, insert size 100mm x 100mm and 140mm x 180mm. By those, we provide our customers with prototypes, in materials reaching from PP to PEEK, injection moulded in our controlled production environment.

 

 

For simulations, our R&D-group use Moldex 3D to support our customer at an early stage in the product development process. Thru our partners we also supply customers with machined prototypes in different alloys and ”FFF” prototypes in different technologies. We also supply a measurement studio, several processes type printing, welding and assembly.

 

Low Volume Productions

Our solution, “Bridge-Tool”, is a perfect choice for customer with pilot series or low volume production. The Bridge-Tool is a pre-hardend, fully automatic mould which can be made with one IMG_9219or several cavities. (adjustable nozzle if it is acct with more than one cavity.) We produce parts dropped in boxes with double plastic bags or served by robot in our controlled environment.

To ramp up Your product on the market the Bridge-Tool is the choice, shortens the lead-time and reducing initial cost.

Controlled Environment

IMG_9217The production at our site in Enskede takes place in a controlled environment. We use 3 injection moulding machines designed for clean room production and we are specially equipped to handle advanced polymers like PEEK.

We follow all the requirements that is needed for production in a clean room.
The controlled environment is not classified and that give us a free and flexible space to handle prototypes and low volume production.

 

When our customers need production in classified Clean room with the ISO class 7 or 8 according to ISO 14644-1 and ISO 13485:2003 for medical devices. We use our site, Euroform Medipharm, in Motala with a large “know how” within this type of business and facilities of 2.000 sqm.

We daily handle combining of materials for cooperating parts, animal fat free polymers for drug distribution, solutions for 2K and the spectra of Advanced Polymers. The experiences and the knowledge that we have collected during all these years, injection moulding in all types of polymers such as the standard PP to the noblest materials on the market as PEEK, offers the best foundation for our customers to succeed.
