2010-11-17 New CEO
Jonas Palm leaves the position as CEO at Euroform. His successor is the board member and former CEO Håkan Jimstad, that now returns to the company as CEO and joint owner.
2010-10-04 Employed person. A new person Mikael Ulván has been employed in our marketing/engineering department. Mikael is a well known person in plastic field and his experience suits us in future business progress.
2010-04-19 Euroform increases its export.
We have been awarded by a Tier1 customer a contract of supply plastic parts for a European manufacturer of commercial vehicles.
2009-10-19 Purchase of GnosjöPlast: Euroform has bought the injection moulding division from the liquidator of GnosjöPlast. Apart from machinery and equipment, the deal also lead to enhanced cooperation with Euroforms current customers as well as the opportunity to start cooperations with new customers.
2009-05-11 New contract Euroform has for their plants in Tranås and Motala signed for a large contract from a well known truck company.The order involves design and manufacture of complex modules for storage systems into the cab.
2009-03-05 Investment
In spite of difficult economic situation and declines for industry, Euroform invests into future in a new 1300 tons machine.
2008-09-02 Exhibition

2008-05-22 ISO/TS
Our factory in Motala has now been ISO/TS16949 certified.
2008-04-03 New Managing Director
Håkan Jimstad leaves the position as MD at Euroform for a
position as MD at Malmbergs Elektriska in Kumla, but will
continue his engagement in the company as a board member.
His successor is the present Purchase Manager Jonas Palm.
2008-02-12 Machine
The investments continue. A new 2-K machine has been bought to Motala plant.
2007-11-01 New Purchasing Manager
Jonas Palm has been employed as Purch. manager. He comes from a role as Product and Sourcing Manager at Stiga Sports Tranås.
2007-08-14 New Managing Director
Håkan Jimstad has started his work as Managing Director at Euroform.
2007-06-26 Investments
New investments has been made for our plant in Motala. Both new and reinvestments of 8 injectionmachines between 75-250 tons clamping force.
2006-12-05 Waterbased paintsystem
As result of our environment work we have invested in production equipment for change over to waterbased paint. The big advantage is, we have reduced our waste of solvent to approx. 80%.
2006-09-29 Optimization
An optimization of our production plants in Tranås has been made through a fusion of plant 1 and 2 into Euroform Tranås.
2006-07-05 Quality system
Just before holiday our company were approved to our new quality system ISO/TS 16949.
2006-04-26 Investment
An additional electrical moulding machine is ordered a 370 tonnes machine for our Motala plant.
